Hello,
I have a question, I have only 2 elements on my page: a footer and a header.
On my header element, I have only one dynamic image linked to the “futured image”.
I have only one block in my page header element.But, I have my “Featured image” which is 2 times on my page: https://nom-chien.com/noms-de-chiens/anglais/

Is your block element’s element type set to page hero?
If so, there’s an option to disable the default featured image:
