1.7 beta - Erratic behaviour with custom header element conditionals

Hi, I have came across issues where headers appear in various post types archives that were not assigned to. For example when I have bbPress activated and set a header to appear in all posts amongst other pages, the page will also appear under the current user's account page. I would have to go to that header's conditionals and exclude it from the bbPress pages in order for any other page header that was assigned to bbPress pages is to be shown.
Hey George,
Any chance you can explain this a bit more?:
set a header to appear in all posts amongst other pages, the page will also appear under the current user’s account page
You have a Header Element applied to all pages, and it shows on the user's account page? If so, that sound like correct behavior?
Hi Tom, when I say all posts I mean all blog posts, all single blog post items(Posts->All Posts). It was never set to appear in the bbPress user’s account page. Posts->All Posts should only cover the blog post items.
Interesting, I wonder if bbPress is setting the user account page as a single post. I'll look into it.
Fixed in beta.3 :)
Thanks!
Oh cool, thanks!
Confirm that it's fixed in beta 3, thanks Tom!
Awesome! Thanks for reporting! :)
