0 cart number doesnt get displayed

So this definitely sounds like it's not a theme issue.

Have you tried removing them all to see if that fixes the issue? If so then try adding them by section by section.

I'm not sure about the WP Rocket part either unfortunately - you might need to check with their support team on this.

Again, the only way to solve an odd issue like this is to strip down all the customization down to a clean state, see if it fixes the issue, if so then re-add the customization one by one to see which one is causing the issue.

GP doesn't output a 0 with CSS or HTML at all when the cart is empty - you can test this by starting another test site, importing Seller, and turn on WP Rocket to test.
