On the WooCommerce checkout, the Stripe fields are very narrow:
Not sure if this is something from GeneratePress, WooCommerce, or Stripe.
Any ideas?

The other time i have seen this is where certain billing fields have been unset that stripe relies on.
Yes I believe I did, and checked everything again.
Interestingly, I found this support ticket for another theme where the screenshot looks just like mine. Also, as with mine, I can use CSS to change the field size, but it’s still not possible to input values.
