i have been suggested by my server to implement this https://www.sertmedia.com/only-load-contact-form-7/ so contact 7 doesnt load on every visit…
I’m wondering where should I paste the code, maybe in the elements options?

that would need to be added to either your child theme function.php or using a plugin like code snippets.
