I am using generate press with wordsmith theme from theme library. I have used slider as well. But, after putting logo, it worked correctly with the desktop version of the website”estatecarpet.com”. But, it was not properly shown on mobile phones. Later on, I removed the logo from website, then it was removed from the website version of the website. But, mobile version remained same and showed the logo in corrupt form.
Pl. resolve the problem as why this problem is happening and how it can be resolved.Customer Support
Hi there,
go to Customizer > Layout > Header – under the Mobile Header remove the logo from there. If none is showing then add an image and remove that.
Just a note – the logo being used there has a lot of transparent space above and below it – hence why it is really tiny. You would want to add a smaller logo to the header that is cropped to size.
