Hi,
I have GP version 2.1.2 and GP Premium version 1.6.2. and I have just installed some plugins but did not change any code.
When I try to update GP to vers. 2.1.3 the following message is shown:
“Update Failed: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.”Do you know where this message come from? What can I do?
