How can I make the vertical tablet view of a website the same as the desktop view? I’m aware of the plugin Generate Disable Mobile however that would also effect the mobile view when viewing from phones as well. How could I just make the view when viewing vertically from a tablet display the same way it would show on a desktop?

Right now this would be pretty difficult unfortunately. Our grid system has the media queries inside the file, and so does the mobile.css file.
More specifically, are you wanting the menu to not collapse until 767px? And the sidebar to stay next to the content?
