Is anyone having problems with GeneratePress and BeaverThemer? For one of my sites, the GeneratePress “Page Header section” is displaying (title and featured image) rather than the “Singular Theme Layout” I created with BeaverThemer. I’ve been working with BB support for 48 hours (very slow response time) and they are getting nowhere very slow since I reply to their messages within 5 minutes and they take 24 hours to reply to mine. Even when I disable all plugins except BeaverBuilder, BeaverThemer and GP Premium, and disable the GP Child Theme, the problem remains.
The “Singular Theme Layout” I created with BeaverThemer. It renders properly. Screenshot
The published page. It’s not rendering properly. Screenshot
The code of the improperly rendering page. Screenshot
Code from a test install I setup. This renders properly. Notice how the after the “content” DIV, the Beaver Themer DIVs show. In the previous screenshot, after the “content” DIV, GeneratePress DIVs show. Screenshot

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi Tim,
Can you link me to one of the actual problem pages so I can inspect a little deeper?
I would assume the GP page header would be completely out of the equation if Beaver Themer was in use.

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperAnd I’m assuming the featured image is supposed to be full width with the text on top?
It looks to me like you just have the featured image added regularly? From my limited viewing of Beaver Themer, I thought there was an option to use the featured image as a background image?

“And I’m assuming the featured image is supposed to be full width with the text on top?” – Yes
“It looks to me like you just have the featured image added regularly?” – Yes
“From my limited viewing of Beaver Themer, I thought there was an option to use the featured image as a background image?” – You are correct. Hence the reason for the problem. This test install http://gp-bb.websitevalet.com is rendering properly. The http://dev.bwb2b.com site is setup the exact same way as the test install.

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperNo settings between those two pages are different at all? On the page that’s working, the featured image is set as you usually would?

“No settings between those two pages are different at all?” Exactly the same. In fact, I’ve taken the BWB2B site all the way down to GP Premium plugin, GP theme (no child theme), Beaver Builder and Beaver Themer.
“On the page that’s working, the featured image is set as you usually would?” Yup.
It is REALLY weird. What is interesting is if I use the WP editor for a page rather than the Beaver Builder editor, the featured image and title as programmed in Beaver Themer renders properly. http://dev.bwb2b.com/test-page-using-wp-editor/ (password: Spike)

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperIt does indeed sound like a bug on their end then if none of the GP settings differ.
If you want, you can send me login details to each site so I can see if I can spot any difference, but hopefully BB support gets back to you soon.
