[Support request] Sticky menu not sticky

Hi all – I’m using the Secondary Navigation, and it does not display when you scroll down the page :

When I use the Customier, Inspect Element / View Source says :
<nav …. id=”sticky-navigation” class=”main-navigation navigation-clone” ..>
as well as :
<nav .. id=”secondary-navigation” class=”secondary-navigation”>

However.
When I am not logged in, and I Inspect Element / View Source says, the :
<nav …. id=”sticky-navigation” class=”main-navigation navigation-clone” ..>
line is not there.

So in other words, Stick Nav words when using Customizer, but not as a regular user.

Customizer settings are :
Sticky Navigation –> Both
