    Hi,

I would like the top menu set to when viewing it with tablet (held horizontally) the mobile menu shows up instead of the standard one.

How can I set this please?

    Thanks
    Mel

    Thanks for the link.

In Customizing > Layout > Primary Navigation
I now set “Mobile Menu Breakpoint” to 768 px.

This was the recommended setting I found online for tablet horizontal view.

However, nothing changed, my iPad mini still shows the full menu when I hold it horizontally.

Also, I have “Navigation Drop Point” set at 768. Is this affecting the “Mobile Menu Breakpoint” setting, and which value should I have here?

    Hi Mel,

By default, Ipad Mini has a 768 x 1024px. You can try reducing it to 767px if you want. But that’s the default behavior of the menu on Ipad Minis.

On a Tablet with normal Tablet dimensions, for example, an Ipad Air, you’ll find that the menu used won’t be the one for mobile.

Hi, I am trying to get the mobile menu for the iPad mini width when held horizontally as the normal menu didn’t fit the width. So I set Mobile Menu Breakpoint to 1024px. I now shows the mobile menu.

What are the best settings for the Navigation Drop Point if I don’t want the Navigation to drop at all?

    Hi there,

if you set the Navigation Drop Point to 0 then it will never drop.
