Hi team,
Hope you are well.
I am writing in to get support on the following 2 issues:
1. Incorrect Page Navigation display. This issue occurs when you cycle through the posts and the navigation is incorrect where the “NEXT” icon does not match the link position.
2. Unpopulated Post Date Elements (https://www.pocketmint.co/getting-the-right-financial-advisors/). This is only affecting the second post but not the first post.I had not adjusted the elements and they came with the Volume template in the site library. Is there additional codes which I need to fix this?

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
1. I don’t see the issue, can you link us to a post where the post navigation is not correct?
2. Can you link us to two posts where one of the post dates is unpopulated and the other is populated so we can compare?

Hi Ying, thanks for looking into this.
1. Here is the link: https://www.pocketmint.co/the-definitive-guide-to-insurance/. I think the issue might be sporadic and can happen between any posts. If you click on any one post and just click on Next/Previous to cycle through, you should see a mismatch of text URL and the “Next/Previous” Navigation ribbon.2. Checked and saw that post dates are updated now. Could be a cache issue when I was checking yesterday.

I still can’t see the issue, both the URLs (next/previous) are matching the titles when I check.

Hi Ying, apologies, to clarify, it is not that the URLs are incorrect – rather it is the position of the URLs are not on the same side as the Navigation ribbon. i.e., both the “Next” ribbon and the text URL should be on the right side of the panel, “Previous” ribbon and text URL on the left side of the panel. However, as you click through to the next/previous posts, you should see sometimes the “Next” ribbon is on the right while the text URL is positioned on the left, vice versa.
Hopefully this clarifies and you are able to see it.

I tried checking and “Next” seems to be no longer clickable. Did you remove the dynamic link setting of that button?

Hi Fernando, I checked Post – Block Elements – Theme Builder to get more details and compared the setup of the Post Navigation Element. It seems that the setup is correct as per the post.
I found the Dynamic Data settings of both the Headers and button are unchecked. I do not think I changed them from the site library. Are these needed to be checked?
