I would like to adjust the styling of my blogs category pages, but I can’t figure out how.
I want to display posts only in a specific category on these category pages in a post grid.
When I am on the category page, I only get the option to edit the category and not the page.
How can I edit the grid’s functions, styling, and add other content to the page?

You can edit the Archive pages through Appearance > Customize > Layout > Blog. Reference: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/blog-overview/
As for how the posts appear on the Archive page, you can use a Block Element – Content Template. Reference: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-content-template/
You can also use a Loop Template: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-loop-template/
