My offcanvas menu on mobile is not showing. I have currently turned mobile to off so at least there is a menu for visitors.

Can you disable the cache plugin ?
I can’t…the settings were done by a tech person and I am worried about breaking my site.

Disabling the caching plugin should not break your site.
If you are concerned then you can always start a staging site (or ask your tech person to do so) so you can go through some proper debugging steps such as disabling the caching plugin.
We haven’t received other reports on this so the issue is likely specific to your install.
