I did a website where I replaced WP Show Posts with Query Loop block. And I’m now seeing an annoying message in the site’s dashboard stating: “This theme requires the following plugin: WP Show Posts.”
What’s the best way to remove that message? I would prefer not to reinstall the WPSP plugin.

Strange – I’ve actually never heard this before.
Have you resolved all WPSP shortcodes?
Where are you seeing the message? The username and password weren’t correct so I couldn’t check.

Hello Leo, apologies for the delayed response as I didn’t notice your message in my inbox.
I have identified the reason for the alert – I had deleted WPSP but had forgotten to remove WPSP Pro (－‸ლ) .
Now that I have removed it as well, the alert has disappeared.I’m sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your help.
(by the way, I began with one of GP library sites as a starting theme and later added WPSP Pro)
