Bob
Please help.
When updating my page I got this message:
‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’
http://www.onbezorgdontslag.nl
I don’t know what to do and I am stressing out. I get this message when I want to “edit” my page. I don’t get this message when I want to “customize” my page.

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Please try #1 here to debug:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/If that doesn’t work, please try #4 in the same article.
Let me know 🙂

Thanks for your prompt response.
I really have no idea what to do.
I disabled all plugins, except for GP.
I tried #4. but now it seems my page is gone? I can’t open it with generatepress.

I activated GP again. I can customize, but I cannot edit. If I want to edit the page I get this:

Do I now risk losing my whole page? As it says critical.

StaffCustomer SupportAre you able to edit the page with a Twenty series WP theme activated?
March 26, 2023 at 12:53 pm #2583169Bob
Yes. It opens in Twenty series WP theme. No error whatsoever. I can open it in GP also, but cannot edit only customize.

I read this when I go to ‘Site Health’:
1 critical issue
Critical issues are items that may have a high impact on your sites performance or security, and resolving these issues should be prioritized.Your site is set to display errors to site visitors
Security
Debug mode is often enabled to gather more details about an error or site failure, but may contain sensitive information which should not be available on a publicly available website. The value, WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY, has either been enabled by WP_DEBUG or added to your configuration file. This will make errors display on the front end of your site.

StaffCustomer SupportCan you check with your hosting support first to see if they can help to identify the issue?

Hi,
I just spoke with my hosting provider (Cloud86). They told me there were no problems at all with the hosting and memory (I have 1 GB memory) and all that.
They told me it had to be something with GP and/or GB.
What do I do now?
Kind regards
Bob

Solved!
Hosting provider doubled my memory limit, after consultation with website builder.
Thanks for helping me!
Kind regards
Bob
