    Hi guys,

Sorry to bother with something so simple, but I’ve spent 2 hours trying to get my container image to overlap the top menu bar.
I got it working on one website that is using the exact same theme (Workout theme) from the library, for both websites, but I cannot for the life of me remember how I did it, or get it removed on my second website, I even went through every customize option twice over on the site where it’s working to see how I did it, I also went through the default elements that comes with the theme, checked widgets, and nothing.
I also included 2 images of which part I mean, where one it is not working and you can see the top menu bar, and the other image shows where there is no top bar and the background image reaches the very top of the page.

(the red arrows indicate which bar I am trying to remove)

if you could please point me in the right direction, thanks heaps and sorry for posting.

    top bar wont disappear

here there is no top bar so the bg image can go all the way to the top

    Hi Jason,

Create a Header Element displayed on that page.

Set the Header Element to “Merge with content”. Reference: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/header-element-overview/#site-header https://docs.generatepress.com/article/header-element-overview/#site-header

Let us know how it goes.

crazy how things work, I managed to fix it and was coming here to delete the thread lol, sorry.

it was the container margin that was causing that space to appear, I set the margin to zero and got rid of it. thanks for your help
