Hi all,
I’m looking for a way to create pages as landing pages also on woocommerce but I can’t in any way.
Is it possible to activate generatepress/worpress blocks in the woocommerce product creation screen like in this video?

Not sure if I fully understand.
Are you trying to create a landing page that includes WooCommerce products or trying to create a single product page using blocks?
The latter is not possible as the single product layout is coming from the single product template from WooCommerce:
