Bob
Hi!
This week I started building my own website with GP pro and GB Pro.
I can’t seem to delete a navy “border” between the primary navigation menu and hero section.
Does anyone know how to fix this? That would really help me out.
Thank you in advance!
Kind regards

Hi David,
Of course you can. It’s called http://www.onbezorgdontslag.nl or do you need my login details?
I hope you can help me out.

StaffCustomer SupportHi Bob,
I see several issues on that page so let’s take it step-by-step.
Please do these two things first:
1. I see that there is a merged header element implemented and it shouldn’t be necessary. Can you remove that first?
You can find it under Appearance > Elements.2. Please disable all
alignfulloptions you’ve selected for GB containers.Let me know 🙂

Hi Leo,
I suppose I did as you told. Some elements look funny now on my website.
Now what? haha 😉
Please let me know what to do next.

StaffCustomer SupportHi Bob,
Which navy border are you referring to?
This is what I see, the primary navigation background color is navy, but I don’t see the border you mentioned.

Hi Ying,
Thanks you so much for your message.
Correct, I managed to fix it myself by pushing all kinds of buttons – after Leo showed me the first two steps.
Leo said my page had several issues. I wonder what these issues are so I would be able to fix it.
I just started a week ago building my own website. So I’m a real newbie, but I do really enjoy learning everyday.
Thank you in advance and have a great weekend.
Bob

StaffCustomer SupportHey Bob,
Glad to hear that issue is resolved.
Sorry but I honestly can’t remember what the other issues were. I just did a quick review and don’t see anything else obvious.
You are doing very good for someone new – just open a topic if you need help with anything else 🙂
