I need to download the latest stable version of the theme and the plugin, because I installed the one that you follow through the page and that version has an error because it is requiring a file that does not exist (search-modal.php).
If this is not possible, I request a refund of my money

I believe you installed the version for the upcoming update which is still being tested.
