I want text only at the top of blog posts. I’ve disabled featured images from appearing in blog posts, but they still appear behind the H1. I’m using Newsroom layout. How can I prevent this?

Hi there,
the hero image and title etc. is displayed using a Block Element.
They are found in Apperance > Elements ( or you can see the ones on a page via the Admin Bar > Elements menu ), edit the:Single post headerelement to see it.But it also contains the title and post meta, so it will take rebuilding.
Can you let me know what content you want displayed ?Thanks David. I just want the text to show, so no image behind it.

Hi Jane,
The image is added as the background image of the container, you can select the very outside container and remove the background image from the background panel.
