Hey, my navigation menu is covering my content how can I fix this?

Hi there,
the site is using a Header Element to merge the site header and the content:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/transparent-header-and-navigation/
You will find it in Appearance > Elements, titled:
Merged Header.
Quick Edit that and change its Status toDraftor Delete the element.Hey thanks, another question the footer how can i keep it at the bottom?
