I have a header I need to change from before elements.
When I look for where I can change it in the customize I cannot see the image. If I upload new header it shows above menu and the old one below the menu also still shows.
When I edit the page it only shows the content below the header. There is nothing showing the current header in the customize area.
I deactivated elements but that did not change the issue.
I have watched elements videos but still cannot see how to access and change the existing page header below the menu.

Are you referring to the image? If so, it may be added through custom code.

Thank you for the quick reply. I am not a coder so I do not think the header was added in custom code. I am sending login credentials below. The image was added years ago 2018 – I am not remembering how.
The website is small and switching to Elements is likely more complex than I have time for at the moment. There are headers on a few of the pages.

It seems to be coming from a plugin.
Go to Page Headers > All Page Headers > “Mary Magdalene Header”. I think it’s this one.
