Hi (again).
When can we expect new stuff in the GenerateBlocks Pattern Library, built on the newly released new container flex block?
(I haven´t checked, but I guess you have not converted the old ones to this new flex-development?)I would like to take the opportunity to wish for a new pattern like the hover boxes with shadows on mouse over on this site, and with link on the whole box. With image full width, text padding, and of course with good responsiveness on mobiles.

Hi there,
The most recent changes means an updated pattern isn’t backwards compatible. Any new patterns will therefore be locked out to legacy plugin users. ie. you will need to be using minimum plugin versions.
So to ensure users aren’t left out, we have been waiting to give users the chance to update to the latest version. We’re fairly close to pushing the button on pushing the converted blocks into the pattern library.
Once thats done we will be adding new patterns that take advantage of the plugin changes 🙂
Sounds great, I´m looking forward to using it.
And I understand the complication of backward/forward compatibility. Maybe you could have two sections for some time, one for old patterns type and one for new…
