[Support request] Fullwide Archive Pages via Content Template Element

Hey,

I would like to display my archive pages in 100% width of the page and the rest of the posts with a fixed width (850px).

I have the following settings:
Layout Container Width in Customizer has 850px

Then I have an element type “Content Template” that I have assigned to the archive pages.

My hope was that I can use “editor width” in the element to set the width of the template to 100%. But this page stays in the fixed width of 850px.

Is there a better way than overriding the width via style.css?
