Yes, you would need to do this for every post you’re planning to add product schemas to.
Using a Hook Element to add it would be easiest.

im looking at this one and it seems they don’t have a way to add more than 1 product on their product schema generator.

I see. It doesn’t seem to have one indeed. The schema needs to be a list like the one generated here.
