How can I create a header/top nav bar like this with the wavy style using Generatepress?

Hi Dami,
You can try creating a Block Element – Hook hooked to
after_header.Add a Container Block with a Shape. Reference: https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/shapes-options-overview/
Then, just add negative top margin to the Container.
