Hello!
I’m developing a project (link in private) and on the homepage I put several widgets on the right side via elements.
However, towards the end of the page it started to overlap with other elements on the page.
What could be happening?

You have height:900px set for the container which contains the query loop block:

It’s in the block element – sidebar, I’ve marked out the container 🙂
