    In past GP provided ability to set container (for ALL content, including header, top bar, etc) less than full with. Padding all around.

    This support article mentions it https://docs.generatepress.com/article/content-container/ , but I cannot now find that setting.

    Has it been removed, if so what would be the workaround you’d suggest? I’m using Elements for header management, and SiteOrigins as my page builder.

    Thank you Ying, couple things:
    1) the setting in past was available site-wide, is this no longer the case ? Must it be set page by page?
    2) after attempting per the article, the contained setting specific to my home page, I’m not seeing the content contained.
    3) the site in development is here: https://rmdevsite.org/

    If you want to use it for multi pages or locations, use the layout element instead.

    2) after attempting per the article, the contained setting specific to my home page, I’m not seeing the content contained.

    I can see the setting has been applied to your homepage, but you are using a page builder, its content ignores the theme settings.

    In this screenshot, you can see that the highlighted red area is the GP defined contained container, but page builder content just ignors it:
