We have set our show posts to only show a small excerpt. After we added generate blocks pro, the posts are now showing much longer excerpts. Can you help us troubleshoot? Here is our website: https://borderlore.org

Are you going to use the GB Query loop block to replace the WPSP section?
As we’ve merged the WPSP function to Query loop block, we are no longer supporting the WPSP.

we had to roll back generateblocks and GBpro…
We will eventually switch sites to use queryloop, but haven’t yet. We understood that GB would be backwards compatible for a while. Is the time now?
Upon further examination, all of our showposts are displaying longer excerpts than are set in showposts after updating GB/gbpro.We saw a post in the GB forum that also said that post excepts aren’t being clamped after updating to 1.7, so I don’t think this is just us.

Should not be used on a live site. It’s effectively in constant Beta testing version that pushes new features for developers to test. And with that comes a whole bunch of bugs.
