Hi,
I added a MailChimp pop-up code to my client’s site (https://kbplumbingpgh.com/) via the wp_footer hook using a hook element.
But the pop-up is just not appearing.
Any suggestions?

Hi there,
the javascript that it loads is returning a 403 ( forbidden ) error.
you can see it the Browser Developers console ( Right Click > Inspect the page to open ).How was the code you hooked in generated ?

You need to check with Mailchimp, as the URL request:
https://chimpstatic.com/mcjs-connected/js/users/3d6d1c510608e53cd307aaf77/c4faf7bf6f1425de6d0b0f3d2.jsIs being blocked by their server ie. 403 forbidden.
