Hello together,
i have got an iPad 12″ and on the safari, I can’t see the complete picture, if I choose “Background-Image” fixed.
So I searched Davids answer, I got a few Months ago, but it doesn’t work on this page.https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/headerbild-on-ipad-not-sharp/
The following happened -> I duplicated the Headerbild & took this class into one of them, and then I have got 2 Backgroundimages on Desktop. So the other I deactivated on Desktop, but then – No Picture on the iPad left.

OK, so you don’t need to create 2 different layouts for Desktop and Mobile.
If you edit the Desktop Layout and remove the Background Image.
And then add the Background image using Advanced Backgrounds:https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/advanced-backgrounds/
Here you can add a Background for Desktop with one set of settings eg.
Attachment: fixed
And another background for mobileOf course, but the 12″ iPad has the size like a PC 🫣, so the Tablet “settings” doesn’t work.

If that’s the case, you will need to add custom CSS to override the GB breakpoint for the background image.
O.K. 🙂 -> Thats fine, because I use a Canvas-Menü.
So I tried to it on my own & failed [I have 2 Pictures on the smaller devices now 🫣]
Can you help me with the code? I will save it in my code-snippets, so I don’t have to ask again.That would be great. 🌻
