You’re using a Block Element for the Blog Title.
You’ll need to edit the Container Block inside this Block Element, and decrease its padding. Reference: https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/container-overview/#spacing

Are you referring to the cart icon?
If so, go to Appearance > Customize > Layout > WooCommerce and disable the “Display cart in menu” option.
