I am running a generatepress template and for the news section (single listings) the images of the posts are shown in a too big size. How can I edit the max. width of these images in the category listing?

    all the best,
    innupress

    Hi there,

Are you referring to these images?

If so is there a reason why you are using background images instead of static images?

    Let me know 🙂

    Hi Leo,

    yes these are the images.

There is no reason why I use them as background image. I do not have a clue how I can change these images/static images.

    all the best,
    Andreas

    Hi Andreas,

    2 options:

    1. Remove the container block with background image, add a GB image block, activate its dynamic data, and choose the featured image as the content source.

    2. Don’t remove the container block, but set it’s background-size to contain instead of cover.

Let me know if this helps.

    Hi Ying,

I do not have a clue, where I can change that. Is that an element? a certain page? Where can I edit the category listing?

    all the best,
    Andreas

Sorry, forget to mention it’s using a block element - content template, if you go to appearance > elements, you should be able to find it 🙂
