    Hello,
I accidentally altered the blog page for the Dev theme. I cannot revert or restore the page, and I am not capable of building a blog page from scratch that would match the rest of my site’s style.

Is there a library or documentation where I can copy the CSS for the Dev blog page and then paste into a new page on my existing site?

    Thanks!

    Hi Justin,

Are you trying to replicate the original blog page for Dev?
    https://gpsites.co/dev/blog/

If so can you link me to your current blog page so I can see what’s missing?

There isn’t any special page content added to the blog page.

    Let me know 🙂

Hi Leo, exactly. Just want to replicate the original blog page for Dev and make my own minor customizations to it.

My current blog page is just a replication of my homepage for some reason. I must have altered it early on when I was still learning how to use wordpress. I cannot revert it back to the original unfortunately.

Can you link me to your current blog page as I requested?

There isn’t anything special in the original Dev page, as long as you have a page that is assigned to Blog, it should look exactly like the original one.

There is nothing to link to. It is a blank page and when I publish it, it is just a carbon copy of the home page.

There is a bit of misunderstanding here for sure.

Have you actually assigned a page to be the Posts page in the readings setting?
    https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/settings-reading-screen/

Once you do that, the page would display your single posts and should look like the original posts page for Dev.

If it doesn’t then can you link me to that page?

That fixed the issue. Thank you, Leo!
