Otherwise, try adding this through Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

Add an image for your Mobile through your Media Library and replace the URL in the code with your Image’s URL. Do you have GenerateBlocks pro installed and activated?

It sounds like you don’t have GenerateBlocks Pro activated.
