You can create a Block Element – Hook and add your logo there. Hook it to
after_logo.Reference: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-hook/
But this spezial header should be only on some pages, so I build the header already as a hook.

Hi there,
if you have built a custom header using a hook, then you will need to create 2 x custom headers, one with the additional logo. You can then use the GP Element Hook Display Rules to set the location for each header.
But that`s not working on mobile, it always produces two lines.
How can an I force the Theme to respect 75% an 25%, and that it always stays in one line also on mobile display?Add this CSS:
