Hello,
I am using the Mellow theme on my GP Premium site.
Mellow is great, but it doesn’t suit my needs for the site.
How do I return to the basic GP Premium site look, and/or remove the Mellow theme?
I don’t see any way to uninstall it.
Any help is appreciated!

You can remove it by going to Appearance > GeneratePress > Site Library. Reference: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/removing-imported-site/

After I activated the Site Library module, I was able to go to the Site Library and remove the theme in my staging site.
