    Dear Team,

I want to use a decision tree plugin called Zingtree.

It can be embedded by short code
Unfortunately, the developers programmed the short code like this:

    [zingtree id=”148196706″]

That means that the short code includes quotation characters.
This does not work with generate press theme.

    How do I solve this?
Answer from their hotline: “Your theme may be stripping out the quotation characters and replacing them with Unicode”.

    Looking forward to feedback.

    Best regards,
    Julia

    Hi Julia,

Answer from their hotline: “Your theme may be stripping out the quotation characters and replacing them with Unicode”.

I don’t think GP does this.

Looking at your shortcode, the and should be ", so the shortcode should be [zingtree id="148196706"].

Can you give it a try?

    Unfortunately, no
With Iframes, it works but not with short codes
    Do you have any idea?

For you, I built in both options on the top of the page

Not sure which section are you referring to, can you point me to that?

But GP doesn’t strip out the quotation characters and replace them with Unicode, as we have another plugin called WP show posts, and its shortcode always includes ".

How did you add the shortcode? Does it work in the Twenty twenty one theme using the same method?

    Let me know!

Thanks your idea with the quotation format was correct.
