Hi there, my site on both desktop and mobile was working fine before, then a couple of days later, I checked my site on mobile and the images and some other elements are not displaying properly. The dropdown menu is also not working again, even though I already removed Ezoic Leap. Everything was fine a couple of days ago, I wonder what happened. Can kindly help, thanks in advance!

    Hi Julie,

Can you point us to where we should be looking at?

And what it should be looking like and some more descriptions of the issue?

The dropdown menu is also not working again

I can see that, can you disable all plugins except GP premium and GenerateBlocks to test?

even though I already removed Ezoic Leap

I can still see lots of scripts and HTML related to Ezoic.

Do you have server cache enabled? If so, can you try clear it?

    Hi Ying,

It’s mostly the images in the homepage not showing up.
Siteground told me that they have this Ezoic Anti-bot AI CAPTCHA protection issue. They said they took care of it and told me to clear the cache in Ezoic, which I already did.

But most of the images in the homepage are still not appearing. And the menu dropdown is still not working either.

Sorry but what do you mean “disable all plugins except GP premium and GenerateBlocks to test?”
Does that mean to go to plugins >> then choose all related and deactivate them? Wouldn’t that mess up more my site?
Just asking, not a techie here, thanks!

Yes, so it’s better to create a staging site to do this if your site is a live site with traffic.

As far as I can tell, the issue is not related to GP or GP premium, it’s more likely a cache issue.

The dropdown menu doesn’t work, it’s likely because something is blocking its JS from running properly, to debug, the first step is to disable all other plugins to eliminate conflicts.
