The theme tries to stay out the way of Woocommerce, so there should be no issue adding the woocommerce booking plugin to ay woo site you build/install with GP.
I use Woocommerce Bookings and GP with great results. I used the “Clinic” site library theme and modified the crap out of it to use only the elements I wanted until it no longer looks as complex as the original “Clinic” site library theme … I preferred a cleaner traditional look.
