Hello,
I am new here, 1st test with your system. I also have the error with “…cannot be previewed.”
I switched-off all plugins, have no caching plugin, deleted browser cache, updated all elements, checked htaccess, checked permalinks.
No success 🙁
What am I doing wrong?

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
would it be possible to get admin access to the site so we can take a closer look?
You can share any URLs and other details in the Private Information field below.

StaffCustomer SupportHi Andreas,
I can’t seem to replicate the error on your site:
[removed]Can you let me know if I’m missing a step somewhere?
Let me know 🙂

One more step you could check: Click on “icon” on the Home-Page-Intro. But I get it even before clicking on “icon”.

Strange. I always get it. Even in a Chrome profile without any plugins/add-ons.
So, it is not caused by my WP plugins, nor by my browser.
I have never had this with any of my ca. 30 WP dev sites, or with any other of the ca. 15 WP themes, or with other selfhosted platforms (ModX, NextCloud, Mattermost, Kirby, Mautic and others).
Maybe this is a Gutenberg issue? Because I don’t usually use Gutenberg.
Or what could it be? My DNS server? I have tried various VPN servers, as well as no VPN server. I don’t use a Windows firewall.

Or is Chrome wrong?

Hello there,
We’ve had a couple of instances where the issue was browser-related. Recently, this is the only known cause of the issue as opposed to one’s server or Gutenberg itself.
For instance, one issue was fixed after updating Chrome. If your Chrome browser is not updated, can you try updating it?

(Honestly, I don’t remember when I last updated a browser – 10 years ago?)
But ok, I now did manually update Chrome.
Sadly, the issue remains.

StaffCustomer SupportWhat happens if you open Chrome in Incognito ( private ) mode and try to make those changes ?
January 17, 2023 at 6:29 am #2498801zumaxb
Great idea! But same error in any Chrome profile.
I have a new theory: I imported my “old”/existing posts and users with WP-all-import. Not the pages and not any GP data/elements.
So, I maybe there is something in those posts that GP does not like !?
What do you think?
To test this, do you allow for free staging domains?

StaffCustomer SupportOk, so you have the GenerateBlocks Pro 1.5 alpha installed.
Can you also update GenerateBlocks Free to 1.7 alpha.January 17, 2023 at 7:13 am #2498868zumaxb
Yes, that was my error about your licensing.
Testing on a clean site…

StaffCustomer SupportIts a known issue, if you’re using the Alpha versions then they both must be up to date.
Let us know.
