Hi, I was wondering if is there a way to leave a plugin I am using to have its own color definitions. I am talking about the table of contents plugin. It has its own color options, but the theme takes over and those settings in the plugin are not working. More details in private.

Which exact color are you referring to?
When I check your site, the TOC’s link color is using its own style:
