Tom
Hello,
on the site https://online-dating-lexikon.de/ i tried to change all links into this red: #FF5757 Also the Buttons and Links in the right widgedts sidebars.
And i tried to change the light grey background into this #FFD8D8It always looked like it should and i saved it (or “published” it) but than it goes away or the link color has now changed into blue.
Do you know how i can change the colors of link and background and save them succesfully?
Best,
TomJanuary 11, 2023 at 11:34 am #2491840Leo

How are you doing that? In the customizer settings?
Can you disable all plugins except GenerateBlocks and GP Premium to test first? Sounds like there might be a conflicts of some sort.
Let me know 🙂

StaffCustomer Supportit´s in the customizer settings. i am using gp premium on another website where it works.
Are the changes saved in the customizer after logging out and logging back in?
Please be noted, the link color is set at customizer > colors > body > link, the button color is set at customizer > colors > buttons.
And the body background color is set at customizer > colors > body > background, the content background color is set at customizer> colors > content > background.
Let me know!

I used exakt the customizer settings you wrote, and i saved and published, and it shows me first the right colours than. But the problem is that they are not be shown when i log in with another browser, edge, (to check at the same time) and they are not be saved when i log in again with chrome which is my main browser.

StaffCustomer SupportStill sounds like a caching issue to me. Can you make sure there is no server or hosting cache activated?
If not then can you provide the dashboard access for us to take a quick look?
Please note that we have not had any other reports on this so it’s likely something specific to this install and not a theme issue.

To which adress should i send the dashboard access?

Hi Thomas,
You can use support@generatepress.com.
Then, once you’ve created the user, share the credentials here through the Private information field: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-premium-support-forum/#private-information

Can you change the password, and reshare the credentials through the Private Information Field as mentioned?
Sharing credentials here not through the Private Information field is unsafe because this is a Public forum.
