Hi Piyush,
Here’s one approach.
First, create a Block Element – Hook. Hook it first to
after_header(You can change this to a different location anytime). Then, set the display rule location to your preference. In the editor, add a WordPress Category List Block. Once you’ve added this, provide the link to where we can see it, and we’ll help you with the CSS needed to alter its design.
You may use the Private Information field for this: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-premium-support-forum/#private-information

It’s a WordPress Block. No code is needed to add that. Example: https://share.getcloudapp.com/jkuOXGGq

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
if the home page is a static page, then instead of using the GP Eleemnts, simply add the WordPress Category List Block. in the page editor

StaffCustomer SupportCan you link me to what you have so far with the category list block inserted?
It will likely require a custom CSS solution and we can only point you in the right direction here as it’s GP related question.

StaffCustomer SupportHmm unfortunately it will require a lot of CSS to replicate the appearance you are after – that’s outside of our support forum here.
Another option would be to use GB’s buttons block to manually create that list:
