Hi,
I haven’t updated my website for close to two years now and need to do it. The WordPress version is 5.6 . Is there a recommended order to do it with respect to : WordPress version, php version, theme, plugins, etc?Customer Support

You can update in any order.
There have been multiple changes though since 2 years ago. Updating anything, especially WordPress itself, may potentially change some things on your site. However, if this occurs (hopefully not), we’ll be here to help.
What we would highly recommend is to create a backup of the current state of your site before proceeding with updating.
One popular backup plugin is UpdraftPlus: https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/
