Hello I paid the plan already. and login wordpress.com to search them GeneratePress but I could not see the INSTALL button like video shown.
I also ordered the basic plan of WordPress. (cannot upload the screenshot here?) ThanksCustomer Support

WordPress.com only allows 3rd party themes and plugins to be have a Business or eCommerce plan – see here:
