Hi there,
happy new year to the whole team!
I have created a loop-template that should apply to all category pages.
In the query loop settings I have chosen “inherit query from template”. The location is “post category archive” . But the loop is not displayed.
On this page there are two query loops one below the other, they show the 3 most recent posts from the categories “Mitbestimmung” and “Fachkräftemangel”:
http://wp05.pixelhof.de/themen/Clicking on the category (the button in each card) should open the corresponding page with the loop template. The pages open, but the loops are empty:

ich bin eine andere Benutzerin, arbeite aber schon lange mit GP. Hast du auf den Unterseiten in den Query Loops die Kategorie angegeben, die gezogen werden soll?

That should work. If you temporarily uncheck
inherit query from template– is there any parameters been set on that query loop ? If there is, can you delete them.Hi Erika,
vielen Dank für Deine Antwort! Ich bin ziemlich neu im GP-Kosmos und wurschtel mich gerade so durch 🙂 Bin aber vollauf begeistert von den Möglichkeiten. Ich hatte auf den Unterseiten ganz bewusst keine Kategorie angegeben, die gezogen werden soll, sondern hab mich darauf verlassen, dass das System sich die Kategorie automatisch zieht, wenn ich bei den Settings “inherit query from template” angebe. Das hat aber nicht funktioniert. David hat nun den entscheidenden Hinweis gegeben, siehe oben.
