Its probably your ISP or Router caching an old page. Test by connecting to a different network.
IF not check the host if a CDN is being used, and if so have them refresh its caches.Thank you, I found the issue that it was with css cache as i am using WPRocket. However, one issue still persist after clearing cache…refer this image

This issue is still caused by WP rocket, as when I add

It’s a WP Rocket issue indeed.
Are you merging/combing any CSS through WP Rocket? It may be causing the issue.
Try disabling any CSS-related optimization setting one by one to find the cause.
You’ll need to address this WP Rocket setting to resolve the issue.
