I want to add a search button to the right of Other in the header.

Hi George,
Approach 1:
You can enable the Navigation Search through Appearance > Customize > Layout > Primary Navigation > Navigation Search. Reference: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/primary-navigation-layout-overview/
Approach 2:
You can create a Block Element – Hook. Hook it to
menu_bar_items.Then, in your Block Element, add a WordPress Search Bar.
Set the display rule location to Entire Site.
